Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), your personal data may be processed by CoPrompt, which is located at Rasimpaşa Mah Teyyareci Sami Sok. No.12/3 Kadıköy Istanbul, within the scope described below.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your collected personal data will be processed for the following purposes ("Purposes") within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law.
Realization of the operational processes for the design and execution of the services ("Services") offered by CoPrompt by our relevant business units,
If you register to the waiting list by filling out our application form via Google Forms, we will be able to create your registration, carry out our registration processes and evaluate your registration,
Carrying out information and announcement activities,
Receiving and finalizing your requests and complaints regarding services,
In the presence of your explicit consent, processing of your identity and contact data for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages to the contact information you have shared in order to inform you about new products and services and to conduct surveys, research and analysis studies for newsletters, promotions and participant satisfaction,
If you give your explicit consent, your visual and audio data may be processed for the purpose of visualizing and publicizing the activities carried out within CoPrompt, making content evaluations and improvements, providing information and raising awareness about the Services, and publishing your photographs, audio and/or video images on CoPrompt's social media accounts (Instagram Inc., LinkedIn Corp., Facebook-Meta Inc., Youtube and Twitter Inc.), websites and other non-CoPrompt channels.
To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Your personal data collected, within the scope of the above-mentioned Purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law and within the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. Within the scope of our legitimate interest for the purpose of providing Services, your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, business partners, legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private persons within the scope of our legitimate interest for the purpose of providing Services, to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private persons based on the legal reason that it is clearly stipulated in the laws and fulfillment of our legal obligations, and if you give your explicit consent, through the publication of visuals and content for the Services on social media in order to carry out promotional activities for the Services based on your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be collected electronically by CoPrompt via e-mail and Google Forms.
Your personal data may be processed in accordance with the personal data processing purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law within the scope of the following personal data processing purposes and legal reasons.

Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Law We inform you that you have the following rights regarding your personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,

Provided that you comply with the conditions in Article 5 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your applications regarding your requests regarding your rights above (i) in writing and signed to Rasimpaşa Mah Teyyareci Sami Sok. Our team will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost,
Coprompt will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Finally, depending on the nature of your request and your application method, Coprompt may request additional verifications (such as sending a message to your registered phone number, calling you) to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus protect your rights. For example, if you apply through your e-mail address registered with Coprompt, we may contact you using another communication method registered with Coprompt and ask for confirmation that the application is yours.
